This normally happens when an email address has been automatically added from PayPal and you don’t use that email linked to the PayPal account anymore.
It can also be down the the email being spelt incorrectly.
To receive your confirmation and change email address in your account please email us at [email protected] .
If it’s any more than this we cannot guarantee a change of address will happen as your goods may be shipped.
If you have had no luck then next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
